Most of our applications are done using a low to medium pressure application. We use a special cleaning solution to reduce the need to use high pressure and also keep your property safe from damage caused by high pressure treatements.
Our team is professionally trained to make sure your plants and trees are kept safe. We water before service, during service, and after service to ensure any potential contact with our solution won’t affect any plant life. We also offer a special plant protectant service for an additional cost.
Our standard solution blend is designed to treat organic material such as mold & mildew and could reduce some oil stains but oil stains require a special treatment. We do have a special chemical that is used to treat oil stains but performance varies, depending on how long the oil stain has been on the surface.
Unfortunately, moving furniture is not part of our standard service. All furniture is expected to be moved prior to our arrival. If it isn’t moved by the time we arrive and our team needs to move it to perform the service, a fee will be applied to the service.
No, we can complete our services without the home owner being there. Unless there is a special need like gaining access to the property.
We accept Venmo, Cash, and all major credit cards. A small additional fee is applied for credit cards. This is not our fee. It goes to the credit card servicing company.
All Payments are due at the completion of service.
